Each full-day wedding rental includes a complimentary one-hour rehearsal, scheduled during the week of your wedding based on venue availability.

The Havenfield hosts only one event per day so every couple enjoys a relaxed, exclusive experience without overlapping events or rushed transitions.

If the venue is available the day before your Wedding, you may add 8 consecutive hours of venue access for $1,000. This time may be used for decorating, setup, your rehearsal, or any other wedding preparations. 
 
If purchased, the 8-hour rental includes your rehearsal and replaces the separate one-hour rehearsal included with your wedding rental.
 
Because availability depends on the venue’s event schedule, the day before cannot be reserved in advance. 60 days before your wedding, if the venue is still available, we will notify you and give you the option to add the additional access.

Venue management does not include wedding planning, timeline management, vendor coordination, décor setup, or event directing.

Clients and their hired vendors are responsible for event setup, decor installation, breakdown, and cleanup.

We’re happy to coordinate venue logistics with vendors in advance.
